Colleen began her professional journey into healing and transformation with certifications as a Transformational Coach in 2011 and a Reiki Master Therapist in 2012. These early milestones were the roots of a practice that has since deepened into a soulful, integrative approach to personal evolution.

As the founder of Workshops From the Inside Out, Colleen brings over a decade of experience—and a profound belief in each clients’ potential. She sees beyond self-doubt, holding space for the wisdom and clarity that often lie just beneath the surface.

Her work began in the side room of a seasoned chiropractor's office in Truckee, California. While he aligned the physical spine, Colleen witnessed people realign emotionally, mentally and spiritually—simply by releasing stale false core beliefs and reconnecting to their own truth.

Now, as an Essential Connections Coach, Colleen balances inner awareness with real-life shifts by first centering each session in stillness. From this grounded place, her clients can access and connect with their deep guidance. What emerges towards the session's end is gently refined into a distilled simple phrase.

At the client's request, Colleen can bring that phrase to life through original MUSIC.

Each chant becomes a personalized audio anchor—a way to embody one's truth through melody.

Carry Your Chant Anywhere

Colleen can make either a simple, clear recording of the chant with one instrument, or a more polished, multi-instrumental version.

She can also provide an instrumental backing track for singing "karaoke style."

Having a recording of their chant enables clients to revisit it anytime: while driving, cleaning, or preparing for rest. It becomes a centering companion to their growth.

When paired with simple somatic tools that Colleen shares, the result is a graceful return to alignment and inner knowing. What's a SuppGroup?

SuppGroups are heart-centered, wholistic gatherings designed to nourish and expand your inner life.
Though we meet online, participants say it feels like settling into a cozy living room—or gathering around a campfire with kindred spirits.

Colleen facilitates as each group takes on its own rhythm and personality, shaped by the unique voices and journeys of those who join. Over the course of six weeks, a gentle, nurturing unfolding happens.

By the end, participants often describe feeling more connected, grounded, and uplifted—carrying forward insights, friendships, and a deeper sense of self.
