Format

Series generally unfold over 6-8 weeks, creating space for insight to become lived practice.
Supportive resources are provided.

Sessions are online with intentional structure, and either self-paced or  facilitated live in small groups to allow for thoughtful participation without pressure.

About the Facilitation

Each series is facilitated or overseen by Colleen Akiko, integrating guided dialogue, embodied practice, and restorative principles drawn from training and lived experience. Colleen’s training and certifications include: • Transformational Coaching (2011) • Reiki Master Therapist (2012) • Advanced Ho’oponopono • Transformative Wholistic Reintegration (TWR) • HeartMath Trauma Resiliency • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) • Meridian-based energy modalities
