What if listening is less of a skill,

and more of a way of being?

A song, a story, a voice, a question—each Bowl offers something to pause with, leaving room for your own experience.

Your six Bowls arrive by email over two weeks. You’ll also receive a printable Journal and Companion Guide to use in whatever way fits you.

You'll also be able to visit the Bowl of Light Café for more resources and notices of upcoming free live gatherings—sometimes with persons you’ll hear in your Bowls, and other like-hearted friends.
